Best Side Payments was built by four people who believe business should feel human.
We care about the people behind the businesses: the shop owners, service providers, and entrepreneurs who keep our neighborhoods alive. For us, payments are not just transactions. They are part of the everyday rhythm of local life.
Our team brings different strengths to that mission. Together, we focus on transparency, relationships, and practical solutions so payment processing feels simpler and more personal, while also giving back to local nonprofits and community initiatives.

If there’s a table, I’m probably trying to fill it. I love hosting and creating spaces where conversations stretch and real connections form. This passion has shaped the way I think about business, community, and the role they can play in supporting one another.
At Best Side Payments, I lead the vision and long-term strategy. I focus on building partnerships and growing ideas to connect everyday business transactions to meaningful community impact.
I’m a devoted parent and someone who gravitates toward nurturing and supporting others. I believe strong communities are built when people show up for one another and share what they have.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As I’ve gotten older, my world has gotten smaller in the best way. I pay more attention to what’s right in front of me: my neighbors, the businesses on my corner, and the people building something real in Charlotte. As a Charlotte native, supporting the small businesses that shape this city matters to me.
At Best Side Payments, I’m not much of a dreamer, but I am a doer. I focus on building the systems and guardrails that help our team and our merchants grow sustainably while keeping more of what they earn.
Outside of work, I stay involved in my community through Windsor Kittens and the Windsor Park Neighborhood Association. I just like seeing the people and businesses around me win.

I spent a lot of time growing up in a small town in rural Mexico where mom-and-pop shops were part of everyday life. Those businesses are still there today, and visiting always reminds me how crucial local businesses are in shaping a community.
At Best Side Payments I focus on the systems and processes that keep things running smoothly. I enjoy helping business owners understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and know someone is paying attention to the details on their behalf.
My hope for Best Side is simple: that we’re known for loyalty, generosity, and real connection, not just payment transactions.

I’ve always loved figuring things out. Give me a puzzle, a design challenge, or something that isn’t working and I’m happy tinkering until it does. I’m drawn to functional design; creativity that also has a purpose.
At Best Side Payments, I focus on the creative and technical side of the business. I work on branding, graphic design, marketing strategy, and the systems that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
I bring patience, kindness, and a sense of humor to the people around me. I love spending time with my family, playing chess, and learning new things just for the joy of understanding how they work.
